operation Warhorse & The Vet Center of Lexington will be offering 8 weeks of EAL/EAT beginning the 2nd week of July. Sign ups for this will be at the retreat.

RETREAT AGENDA
FRIDAY June 15
1300 : Can Begin Arrival for Relaxing indoors or outside
Check-In @ High Mountain Horsemanship Barn (Receive lodging info as
necessary,)
Relax alone or make some new friends with fellow veterans, staff or
horses or follow directions and go visit local attractions
1500 : Various activities will also be available at Barn
Just Chill & Relax
Meet the Horses, Hatchets, Knives, Archery, or Walk
VSO Rep available
1700 : Horse Service Project (helping feed, clean up & care for horses if
you desire)
1800 : Cookout Begins
NOTE: please aim for this as hard time for arrival & Fri. Check in
1900 : Horsemanship Demo, Bonfire, Music, Camping, etc…
Full Lodging available for first 10 veterans registered that wish to stay in housing options rather than camping (Rooms are double occupancy with twin beds)
June 16
0800 : Breakfast for overnight stay veterans
Sat. AM Check-In for those just arriving
0830 : Devotion & Chi Gong martial arts deep breathing class
0915: Vet Center & Operation Warhorse/High Mountain Intro to Services & Equine
Activities
1000 : First Equine Assisted Learning/Therapy Session
1200 : Lunch - Working Dog & Therapy Dog Demonstrations
1245 : Second Equine Assisted Learning/Therapy Session
1430 : Hatchet & Knife Throwing Class & Friendly Competition
Ongoing Hiking, Relaxing, Corn Hole, more horse activities
1600 : If desired Leave for Flat Lick Falls & Jackson County Veteran Memorial
Motorcycle Ride will include these destinations as well weather dependent)
Those that do not want to go can stay and enjoy rest, relaxation or spend time with horses, board games, corn hole, etc...
1730 : Horse Service Project (helping feed, clean up & care for horses if

Those that wish may stay Saturday night as well and leave out Sunday AM
